  • Contactless Delivery. Your gift will be left on the porch with a knock and/or doorbell ring. Please ensure someone is home before ordering
  • ** If sending to a business, please ensure they are open ** (We are not responsible for returned packages)
  • If sending to an apartment, please let them know a package is coming. (only 1 attempt will be made and if the courier cannot get into the building or there is no one to leave the gift with, your gift will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will apply to attempt a new delivery)
  • Incorrect addresses, closed businesses, refusal to accept packages will incur RE-DELIVERY fees of $25 to a new address
  • Please note, due to Covid 19, transit times may take longer than normal due to extreme courier volumes.  Please allow EXTRA transit time with our couriers.

Our staff does their best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with your order we will notify you via email. Please check your junk/spam folder often in case it gets stuck there. Please also ensure the correct email is provided on orders.

Deliveries are NOT guaranteed to arrive at a certain time or day in December, Valentines Day and Mothers Day due to extreme courier volumes.

NOTE: Gifts for Every Reason is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. We do NOT check each address to ensure it exists.  We do NOT call ahead for deliveries.  If the courier cannot find the address, or the person has moved a redelivery fee of $25 plus tax will be charged to deliver it to a new address.   Please make sure you have the correct delivery address AND phone number.


Residential / Home Delivery

All residential/ home packages are left on the porch along with a knock and/or doorbell ring. Our local couriers will try their best to have your gifts delivered by calling the number provided and/or leaving a voice message advising there is a gift at their door.  UPS/CANPAR/Purolator will not call when leaving packages. 

 Gifts for Every Reason is NOT responsible for any packages that are left at the door and either Tampered with or Stolen.  

Commercial / Business Delivery

Commercial  will be made Monday through Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please ensure the business is open to receive packages that day.  A redelivery fee of $25 will apply if the courier has to redeliver the next business day. 


Hospital Delivery

Hospitals are once again allowing deliveries. Please ensure you have the correct spelling of the person AND room number. We are not responsible for gifts that are undeliverable because the person was discharged before their gift arrives. If in doubt, have the gift delivered to their home address once they have been discharged. 

  

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, however we will use best efforts to deliver when requested. Delivery dates and times are estimates only.  Some rural towns may require extra time in transit. Winter weather, courier volumes, incorrect shipping addresses etc may cause delays. 

 

Pick Up

 Gift Baskets may be pre-ordered and then picked up by Appointment only (in most cases we can have your basket ready within 2 hours of your order!)  

Save $20 when you pick up, use coupon code 'PICKUP' (no spaces) at check out. 

We are not open for walk-ins.
