Every effort is made to keep the shipping costs as low as possible however, very remote areas may be subject to additional fees and the customer will be notified prior to processing. NOTE: Remote areas have a zero in the postal code - Example 'P0A 1P0'
Deliveries are NOT guaranteed to arrive at a certain time or day in December, Valentines Day and Mothers Day due to extreme courier volumes.
Residential / Home Delivery
All residential/ home packages are left on the porch along with a knock and/or doorbell ring. Our local couriers will try their best to have your gifts delivered by calling the number provided and/or leaving a voice message advising there is a gift at their door. UPS/CANPAR/Purolator will not call when leaving packages.
Commercial / Business Delivery
Commercial will be made Monday through Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please ensure the business is open to receive packages that day. A redelivery fee of $25 will apply if the courier has to redeliver the next business day.
AS OF NOVEMBER 2022, Hospitals are NOT accepting deliveries due to outbreaks in covid.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, however we will use best efforts to deliver when requested. Delivery dates and times are estimates only. Some rural towns may require extra time in transit. Winter weather, courier volumes, incorrect shipping addresses etc may cause delays.
Gift Baskets may be pre-ordered and then picked up by Appointment only (in most cases we can have your basket ready within 2 hours of your order!)
