FREE Hand deliveries take place Monday to Saturday between 2:00pm-7:00 p.m. Our Gift Baskets are wrapped in cellophane with elegant ribbons, hand crafted bow and a note card. Local Couriers will leave baskets with a neighbour, superintendent or leave it in a safe place if no one is home. Additional redelivery charges will apply if they can not leave it. Gifts for Every Reason does not call ahead for deliveries.

FED EX GROUND - ALL OTHER AREAS ACROSS CANADA

Fed Ex GROUND is for areas outside our local hand delivery area and all across CANADA Monday to Friday 9am-5pm ONLY. Your gift is professional boxed and secured with bubble wrap and packing paper to provide extra protection for delivery and a confirmation of delivery email will be automatically sent to you. Delivery dates are estimates ONLY. Weather, volume and rural areas MAY take longer. If no one is home, Fed Ex Ground will leave the package behind at a safe place without obtaining a signature.

Delivery Charges are shown at the time of ordering through the online shopping cart.

It is very important that you provide complete and accurate delivery information including a suite number and recipient's telephone number. Incorrect or Missing information may result in delivery delays or non-delivery. Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts and weather delays.

If the package has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or no one was available to sign for the package, you will be charged an additional shipping cost to redeliver ($15-$35).

** We STRONGLY recommend sending ALL gifts to a BUSINESS ADDRESS WHENEVER POSSIBLE to ensure someone will be there to accept the package. Additional charge of $10 will occur if a 2nd delivery attempt has to be made. **

If a gift is being delivered to a HOTEL or Hospital, please be sure to provide the recipient's room number and phone number. Also let us know WHEN they are being discharged to ensure the gift is delivered to them on time.

Please Note- Gifts for Every Reason does not take responsibility for missing or damaged gift baskets if the gift basket was delivered and left at the address provided by the sender or if the recipient is away on VACATION or has MOVED. Gifts for Every Reason does not call ahead for deliveries.

99% of gift baskets are successfully delivered on time. Occassionaly, problems occur with couriers. Gifts for Every Reason, we will not be held liable or provide any guarantees for any failure on the part of these companies to provide on time service. We will however, do everything possible to ensure your basket arrives on time and will try to rectify any issues or concerns if they arise.

Note: Chocolate items may be substituted during warm summer months (June to September). All substitutions will be for products of equal or greater value.
