Gifts For Every Reason, Provides NEXT Day Delivery to our local areas (see Shipping for a list of areas). SAME DAY is available for our local areas if order is received by 9:00 AM.(Due to high volumes, next day delivery is not available December 14-22. Please allow 1 extra day for delivery.)

All other areas in Ontario are delivered via FED EX Ground and take 1-5 days. Rural areas may take 4-5 days.

CANCELLATIONS

We require that any cancellations be made within 2 hours of order confirmation. A $5 CANCELLATION FEE will apply to ALL orders that have already been processed via Credit Card.

Orders can NOT be cancelled once they have left the premises for Delivery.

DAMAGES

If your gift arrives damaged in any way we will either replace it or refund your purchase. Please report any damaged shipments to us within 24 hours of receipt. Because we can not personally hand deliver our baskets ourselves, please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

RETURNS or REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, please contact us.

Due to health and safety reasons, the returned product must be in its original packaging and the cellophane unopened. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee as well as any return shipping costs. ($15-$30)

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SUBSTITUTIONS

We make every effort to ensure that the gift that is received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. Due to product availability and freshness, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure the gift is delivered on time. The overall design, theme, color and quality of the basket will not be compromised in any way. Should the overall design or theme change drastically from what is shown on our website, we will contact you immediately before proceeding.

Note: Chocolate items may be substituted during warm summer months (June to September). All substitutions will be for products of equal or greater value.

Cardholder Authentication -Verified By Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode TM

Visa and Mastercard each now support a global online solution that enables cardholders to authenticate themselves to their Bank through the use of a unique personal code. Visa's program is known as Verified By Visa. Mastercard's program is known as SecureCode TM.

Cardholders who have a Visa or MasterCard from by a Bank participating in these programs will be presented an additional window directly from their Bank. If they have already established a password for their particular card, they will be prompted to simply enter that password to authenticate themselves before the transaction is submitted for authorization. If a customer holding a participating card has not yet established their password, they will be guided through simple steps through their secure bank to do so.

Cardholders will enjoy peace of mind knowing that no one else has access to their password (it is not recorded on any cardholder statements nor is the information made available to any online store during or after the signing up process with their Bank).
